Local Sedans & SUVs: 4 hours' notice

  • Early AM rides: Cancel by 9 PM the night before

  • Sprinters & Buses: 50% deposit due 14 days in advance; full fare charged if canceled within 5 days

  • Out-of-state rides: 24 hours' notice
